Warranty Coverage


Leather Sofas & Functional Sofas

Warranty Period: 3 years (from the date of purchase).

Service: Replacement only (no repairs) if a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

 

Fabric Sofas

Warranty Period: 5 years (from the date of purchase).

Service: Replacement only (no repairs) if a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

Warranty Conditions
Applies only to material or workmanship defects under normal use.

Valid proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required.

Non-transferable (applies only to the original purchaser).

 

Exclusions

Damage from misuse, accidents, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.

Damage from improper cleaning/maintenance (e.g., using non-recommended cleaners).

Damage from pets, sharp objects, or external factors.

Natural wear and tear (e.g., aging of leather/fabric).

 

Claim Process

Contact us via email or customer service with:

Order number/proof of purchase.

Photos and description of the issue.

We will review your claim and arrange a replacement if approved.

Replacements will be the same or a similar model (if discontinued).
